We worked with Bethany and she was very responsive to our wants and needs. The carpet we found was a good match for the other carpet in our house and was reasonably priced. We recently used Flooring Depot to install Mohawk RevWood flooring and Mohawk carpeting throughout our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I truly appreciate that Rob promptly put together an estimate without trying to steer me toward something else. The installers were outstanding! He also completed the job in just three days. As soon as the flooring was finished, the carpet installers came in and completed the entire carpet project in just four hours. Their work was exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Flooring Depot.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable when picking out our flooring for a basement finish. Rob saw our inspiration pictures and found us options within our budget. He explained the recommended products in detail so we knew what we were getting. He ordered in samples that weren’t in stock and let us take them home to see how the flooring would look in our space before we made a decision. He was super responsive when we reached out to ask questions and coordinate meeting/pick up times. They have the option to deliver but we decided to pick it up ourselves! Will do business here again!

I came in with a hard to find or non existent tile I was hoping to "match" or at least do some kind of accent with a different tile that would blend in some way. They were very helpful in all aspects of the search and I enjoyed their knowledge and time she spent with me. Great experience from the start of the estimate process to the completion of the install! Rob was prompt for the measurement. We did not expect the process to be so seamless! The estimate was completed and explained to us by the next day. He not only met my other estimate, but beat them by a significant amount. The installation took place on the day and time promised! They had a LVP that is 100 times better than you can find at any big box stores! Yes, they don’t sell $2 sf LVP, but the quality of their flooring choices will last a lifetime and you won't have to replace it.
